This is an exceptionally rare Gibson.This could have been one of the early prototypes.All orig.,very rare,only 300 ever made(if in fact Gibson made even that many).Marked “SECOND”??Unique qualities(even for this model)= old style script Gibson Abalone logo and bound headstock.Orig "dirty finger" pk-ups.We have seen a few of these over the years,but never with all of these specs.Out of an old collection.Made in Kalamazoo.Rosewood fretboard with real mother of pearl trapezoid inlays.It appears to be the orig hard shell,brown Gibson case. more information »
